The Aquila is designed to be a home away from home and that extends down to the food systems. The villa features a top-grade kitchen with quality commercial equipment and a skilled cooking team headed by a local chef.
All items for food and drink for the occupants of the villa are charged at cost plus 20%. Guests can order from the villa menu or give specific requests on meals and purchases. The staff will purchase from local stores and markets, selecting fresh fish and imported meats along with tasty baked goods. Exotic local fruits compliment every taste. Guests are encouraged to order their meals in a family style method (many shared dishes for the table) and all allergies and cultural food needs will be accommodated.
The villa normally has as variety of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks in inventory and guests will be asked as part of the pre-arrival process about what they would like to have purchased on their behalf.
